Jetway Clothing does not do cash refunds. We will give you store credit or exchange the clothing size. Any returned item must be in the original condition. You may use the store credit on any clothing item or if you received the wrong size, you may exchange that item for a new size. If the order was never received we will do our investigation or send you the same clothing item to the address given. No cash refunds.
